Purpose
These terms govern access to and use of the public Rinx+ website. Product subscriptions, professional services and the restricted team workspace are subject to their own applicable agreements.
Acceptable use
You must not attempt to disrupt the website, bypass access controls, introduce malicious code, scrape protected content, impersonate another person or use the site in a way that violates applicable law or another person’s rights.
Availability
Rinx+ may change, suspend or maintain the website when reasonably necessary. Continuous availability is not guaranteed.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Rinx+ is not responsible for loss caused solely by reliance on general website information, third-party content or events outside its reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Governing law
These terms are governed by French law, subject to mandatory rules that apply to the user. The parties should first try to resolve a dispute in good faith before using the competent courts.
