SmartOps CRM

Turn lead activity into a traceable customer journey

SmartOps CRM is a customer-operations workspace designed to connect lead generation, qualification, sales follow-up, onboarding and early operational handover. It gives each role the information and next action needed without losing ownership as a relationship moves from first contact to active customer.

01

The problem

Why this product matters

Commercial information often begins in spreadsheets, messages and personal notes. Leads are duplicated, ownership is unclear, follow-up dates are missed and sales receives incomplete context. Even when a CRM exists, it may record final outcomes without supporting the daily work that produces them.

02

Who it is for

Designed around accountable roles

  • Lead generators researching and preparing prospect records.
  • Lead qualifiers verifying fit and documenting written outreach.
  • Salespeople managing calls, demonstrations, proposals and decisions.
  • Operations and support teams receiving customers after a commercial handover.
  • Managers and administrators monitoring workload, quality, permissions and performance.

03

What users can accomplish

Useful outcomes, not feature theatre

  • Import lead files and identify records requiring correction or duplicate review.
  • Assign leads while preserving visibility of ownership and work history.
  • Record outreach, outcomes, notes, next actions and follow-up dates.
  • Move qualified leads through a defined commercial pipeline.
  • Prepare a qualification report before sales handover.
  • Coordinate demonstrations, onboarding outcomes and operational follow-up.
  • Monitor overdue actions, blocked records and team activity.
  • Maintain audit history for important data and workflow changes.

Product workflow

How SmartOps CRM moves work forward

The workflow makes the complete operating journey visible—from the first controlled input to a traceable result.

01

Prepare the data

Import or create lead records, validate key fields and resolve duplicates or quality issues.

02

Assign responsibility

Place work with the appropriate generator, qualifier or salesperson while maintaining traceability.

03

Qualify the opportunity

Record research, written outreach, fit, needs, objections and the next meaningful action.

04

Hand over with context

Transfer a complete qualification report to sales, onboarding, operations or support.

05

Review performance

Track follow-up, pipeline movement, outcomes, workload and recurring process friction.

05

07

Product boundaries

Clear about what it does—and what it does not replace

SmartOps CRM manages customer and commercial operations. It is not a complete accounting platform or a full ERP, and it should not become an unrestricted repository for unrelated personal information. Financial documents belong in Invo+ or SmartOps ERP when those systems are the appropriate record owners.

08

Security and trust

Control remains part of the product experience

Lead and customer information should be visible according to role, assignment and legitimate business need. Imports, ownership changes, qualification decisions and handovers should remain traceable. Data-quality rules and retention practices must reduce duplicate, stale or excessive personal data.

09

Connection with the Rinx+ ecosystem

Connected where useful. Independent where appropriate.

SmartOps CRM can exchange customer and commercial context with Invo+, pass broader operational work to SmartOps ERP, use Rinx Automation for workflows and external CRM integrations, use SkOr+ for prioritisation and rely on Rinx Authenticator for access control.
