Rinx+ aims to collect only the personal data needed for a clear purpose and to keep it only as long as that purpose or an applicable legal obligation requires.
Data we may process
When you contact us, we may receive your name, work details, email address and the information you choose to include. Technical security logs may also record limited device, browser, network and request information.
Recruitment applications
When you apply for an opportunity, we process the contact information, location, availability, CV, profile link and motivation you submit. We use this information to assess your application, communicate about the recruitment process and protect the integrity of recruitment records. Access is restricted to people involved in recruitment. Unsuccessful application data is not kept longer than necessary for the stated recruitment purpose and applicable obligations.

Legal bases
Depending on the situation, processing is based on steps requested before a contract, performance of a contract, legitimate interests, compliance with law or consent.
Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection, and may withdraw consent where consent is the basis. Contact privacy@rinx.plus. You may also complain to the competent supervisory authority, including the CNIL in France.
Recipients and transfers
Access is limited to authorised Rinx+ personnel and service providers who need the data for the stated purpose. Where data leaves the European Economic Area, Rinx+ will use an appropriate legal safeguard.
