Electronic invoicing and financial operations
Invo+ is an electronic invoicing and financial operations platform designed to help independent professionals, businesses and accounting firms create, receive, validate, track and preserve invoice information in one controlled environment. It connects compliance work with the everyday reality of getting paid, monitoring cash flow and collaborating with accounting partners.

01
The problem
Electronic invoicing is not only a change of invoice format. It changes how organisations identify trading partners, validate invoice data, transmit documents, monitor statuses, handle exceptions, retain evidence and share information with accountants. When these activities remain split across email, spreadsheets, accounting tools and manual follow-up, errors become difficult to detect and responsibility becomes unclear.

04
Product workflow
The workflow makes the complete operating journey visible—from the first controlled input to a traceable result.
Configure the business identity, users, roles, invoice settings and relevant operating context.
Create invoices directly or import information from existing business and accounting processes.
Check required data, totals, tax treatment, formats and business rules before an invoice moves forward.
Route invoices through the appropriate channel, follow their lifecycle and deal with rejections or exceptions.
Record payment outcomes, review cash-flow effects and preserve invoice evidence for later consultation.
05
Core capabilities
Creation, import, receipt, validation, status monitoring, exception handling and payment follow-up.
Structured-data checks, tax and total consistency, audit information and retention controls.
Receivables, payables, due dates, payment status and cash-flow reporting.
Role-based work between the business, its internal teams and its accounting partners.
Controlled exchange with accounting, business and transmission services through supported formats and interfaces.
06
What improves and what the customer gains
Fewer incomplete or inconsistent invoices reach the next step.
A repeatable compliance-control process.
Teams spend less time searching across email and separate files.
A shared view of invoice responsibility and progress.
Late payments and upcoming obligations are easier to identify.
A more disciplined approach to financial anticipation.
07
Product boundaries
Invo+ supports invoice and connected financial workflows. It is not a complete membership, human-resources or industry-specific management system. It does not replace professional accounting, tax or legal judgement, and it should not hold unrelated sensitive information merely because an organisation uses the platform.
08
Security and trust
Access should follow each user’s organisation, role and authorised scope. Invoice actions, validation outcomes and material status changes should remain traceable. Data exchange, retention and deletion must follow documented controls, while exceptional or high-impact cases remain reviewable by an authorised person.
