01

The problem

Why this product matters

Many operational delays occur between systems rather than inside them. A form arrives, someone copies information into a CRM, another person sends a message, a manager approves by email and nobody can see the complete process. Simple automation can save time, but poorly governed automation can also spread errors faster.

02

Who it is for

Designed around accountable roles

  • Operations teams coordinating repeatable work across several applications.
  • Commercial teams automating lead capture, CRM updates and follow-up without losing ownership.
  • Finance and administrative teams managing approvals, reminders and document routing.
  • Managers who need automation to remain observable, reviewable and reversible where possible.

03

What users can accomplish

Useful outcomes, not feature theatre

  • Start a workflow from a form, record change, schedule, message or approved external event.
  • Move information between supported applications without repeated manual entry.
  • Apply business rules before selecting the next action.
  • Pause for approval, missing information or human judgement.
  • Notify the responsible person and create follow-up tasks.
  • Monitor completed, pending and failed workflow runs.
  • Retry safely, investigate exceptions and retain an execution history.
  • Automate defined Salesforce updates and handoffs where an authorised integration is configured.

07

Product boundaries

Clear about what it does—and what it does not replace

Rinx Automation orchestrates processes; it does not become the authoritative owner of every business record. It should not automate unlawful, unsafe or insufficiently reviewed actions. High-impact decisions, irreversible changes and ambiguous exceptions require explicit safeguards and, where appropriate, human approval.

08

Security and trust

Control remains part of the product experience

Connections should use the minimum permissions needed. Workflow versions, configuration changes and executions should be traceable. Sensitive values require protected handling, and failures must not create uncontrolled duplicates or silently skip required approvals.

09

Connection with the Rinx+ ecosystem

Connected where useful. Independent where appropriate.

Rinx Automation can coordinate workflows across Invo+, SmartOps CRM, SmartOps ERP, SheaLy and external applications such as Salesforce when supported and authorised. SkOr+ may prioritise cases, while Rinx Authenticator controls administrative and approval access.
